Established in 1999 with a planting of 5 acres of Pinot Noir, but producing other wines from grapes sourced locally wherever possible.Opening April 2001 with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz for sale, the Big Shed is a local landmark on the Daylesford-Malmsbury Road between Glenlyon and Denver.
